1. Using Dolaabe
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Listings and transactions
Sellers must describe items honestly, use accurate photographs, disclose defects, and have the right to sell or donate each item. Buyers must review listing details before confirming an order. Dolaabe provides the marketplace and is not the owner of user-listed items.
3. Prohibited content
Counterfeit, stolen, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or rights-infringing items are prohibited. We may remove listings or restrict accounts that breach these rules.
4. Prices, payment, and delivery
Prices, applicable fees, payment methods, and delivery options are shown during the transaction. Users must provide correct payment and delivery information. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the policy presented for the relevant order.
5. User conduct
Do not harass other users, misuse personal information, attempt fraud, interfere with the service, or access another person's account. Communications and reviews must be truthful and respectful.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep Dolaabe available and secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Dolaabe is not responsible for indirect losses or disputes caused by inaccurate user listings or conduct between users.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using Dolaabe and request account deletion through the available support channels.
